JPSC Non-Teaching Posts Vacancy 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Registrar:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above, or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above, including as Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
  • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education.
  • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

• Finance Officer:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor at the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above, including as an Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
  • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other Institutions of
    Higher education.
  • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy
    Registrar or an equivalent post.

• Controller of Examinations:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor at the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above, including as an Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
  • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other Institutions of
    Higher education.
  • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy
    Registrar or an equivalent post.

• Deputy Registrar:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed.
  • Nine years of experience as an Assistant Professor at the Academic Level 10 and above, with experience in educational administration,
  • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of
    higher education,
  • 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

• University Deputy Director of Physical Education:
  • A Ph.D. in Physical Education or Physical Education and Sports, or Sports Science. Candidates from outside the university system, in addition, shall also possess at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever a grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level by the university concerned;
  • Eight years of experience as a University Assistant, DPES/College DPES;
  • Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps of at least
    two weeks duration;
  • Evidence of having produced good performance of teams/athletes for
    competitions like state/national/inter-university/combined university, etc; and

• Assistant Registrar:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed.
• Experience:
  • Five years of supervisory experience. The experience should be in establishment/legal matters in a Government/ Semi Government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous organizations/ University/ Educational Institutions of Higher Learning, and having a good working Knowledge of general administration and rules and regulations relating to the University.
